About Mark Vaccaro

In 2015, my wife, our beloved fur babies, and I made the move from Pennsylvania to pursue our dream of living in sunny Southwest Florida. We were fortunate to discover the hidden gem of South Gulf Cove in 2016, and it’s been home ever since.

My passion for real estate began organically—helping friends search for properties and connecting them with the right agents. With a strong eye for detail and a deep knowledge of the area, I realized that real estate was more than just an interest—it was a calling. Whether I’m helping clients buy or sell in South Gulf Cove or the surrounding areas of Florida, I take pride in offering honest guidance, personalized service, and results-driven support.

I’m also proud to be deeply involved in my community. Since 2020, I’ve served with The Conservancy and Community Trust of South Gulf Cove, a nonprofit focused on preserving and enhancing our neighborhood and the surrounding area. In 2021, I became the acting President, further fueling my commitment to giving back to the place I call home.
